Forklift Differential Case

Forklift differential case is the forklift differential housing. Forklift differential case has a hollow structure, and its shape is determined according to the structure of different models and differentials. The function of forklift differential case is to combination box and support base.

The side wall of the forklift differential case is provided with a half shaft mounting through hole for mounting a half shaft and a planet gear mounting through hole for mounting a planet gear shaft. The forklift differential case is also provided with a lubrication passage. The lubrication passage includes a half-shaft lubrication unit and a planetary gear lubrication unit. The half-shaft lubrication unit includes an oil guide groove and a lubrication ring communicating with the oil guide groove. The oil guiding groove is opened on the hole wall of the half shaft mounting through hole, and extends spirally along the axial direction of the half shaft mounting through hole.

The lubricating ring is opened on the inner wall of the housing along the circumferential direction of the through hole of the half shaft to install the position of the half shaft gear gasket. The planetary gear lubrication unit includes an oil storage groove and a lubrication flow channel communicating with the lubrication ring. The oil storage groove extends along the circumferential direction of the planetary gear installation through hole. Therefore, the setting of the lubrication passage greatly improves the reliability of forklift differential.
